By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) Products and Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products, their features and prices are described on the relevant shop pages.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Images are for illustrative purposes only: slight colour variations may occur depending on the device used.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product is unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer: a replacement, partial order or refund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) How to Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select your products and add them to the cart.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter your shipping details and, if required, billing information.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose your payment method and confirm your order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will receive a confirmation email with a summary.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5) Prices and Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are in Euros and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment methods: PayPal and\/or Credit\/Debit cards (also via PayPal gateway), Apple Pay if enabled.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Card details are not stored by Pappasole: transactions are processed via a secure connection through the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6) Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping: free within Italy, except islands (\u20ac10 surcharge).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times: approximately 2\u20135 working days from courier handover.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon delivery, please check the package integrity and product conformity. In case of issues, contact us immediately. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7) Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason (subject to legal exceptions).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your right of withdrawal: send a request to info@pappasoleshop.it stating your order number and items to return.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products must be returned intact, unused, with original packaging and labels.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the customer&#8217;s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, after verifying the return, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal may not apply to: personalised\/custom-made products and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9) Legal Guarantee of Conformity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by applicable consumer protection law. In case of defects or non-conformity, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10) Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process personal data to manage orders, payments, shipping and customer support.
