2) What These Terms Cover
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on the Pappasole online shop by consumers (B2C). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following.
3) Products and Availability
Products, their features and prices are described on the relevant shop pages.
Images are for illustrative purposes only: slight colour variations may occur depending on the device used.
If a product is unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer: a replacement, partial order or refund.
4) How to Purchase
Select your products and add them to the cart.
Enter your shipping details and, if required, billing information.
Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
5) Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euros and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Payment methods: PayPal and/or Credit/Debit cards (also via PayPal gateway), Apple Pay if enabled.
Card details are not stored by Pappasole: transactions are processed via a secure connection through the payment provider.
6) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: free within Italy, except islands (€10 surcharge).
Delivery times: approximately 2–5 working days from courier handover.
Upon delivery, please check the package integrity and product conformity. In case of issues, contact us immediately.
7) Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason (subject to legal exceptions).
To exercise your right of withdrawal: send a request to info@pappasoleshop.it stating your order number and items to return.
Products must be returned intact, unused, with original packaging and labels.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, after verifying the return, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.
8) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to: personalised/custom-made products and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
9) Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by applicable consumer protection law. In case of defects or non-conformity, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos.
10) Privacy

11) Intellectual Property
Texts, images, logos and content on this site are the property of Pappasole or their respective owners and are protected by law.

This contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the consumer’s local court, as provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
